Fall fair finaly came!
The pin is a lolipop pin and it is located at the lighthouse
I also figured out a new glitch:
Go to the dock and play grab and spin
spin once and when the wheel is spinning press tab until the yellow box is around the Grab and spin button.
Than hold enter and the wheel should freeze.you can do this repeatly.
